Does Extreme Online accept returns?

For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your product, be sure to check the items to make sure the item/s are not damaged.

Extreme Online is the management system We will work with the customer and the Vendor to resolve any issues.

We will work with the Vendors for a refund or replace defective items. Please Notify us of the Faulty items within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.

In your return please include:

  • The original packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem is
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.
We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you will be happy with our services.

How will my order arrive?

All Orders processed through our system will be Delivered to your door.

We do not have pick up orders.

If the order is inside our fleet delivery zone then it will arrive by private service. Out side this zone delivery by Post or general freight service.

 

Does Extreme Online Ship Internationally ?

No We only ship across Australia.

How do you charge for shipping?

Shipping Charges are set by Vendors.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe and Authorize.net, which allows you to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped. If you would like to change your order, please <a href=”#”>email us</a> as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

The item I want is out of stock – when will it be in?

Our stock is updated daily.

Generally all Vendors should hold stock on hand to sell in our service,as we strongly recommend to all Vendors, A sale is when the customer can have it dispatched ASAP.

Saying this strong demand items may sell before new stock arrives and we have catered for this to allow back orders.

If any customer considers one Vendor holding a large amount of out of stock items please inform Extreme Team as we fix this issue, as we are not a drop ship site.
